McMullan International was established as a separate business enterprise when the founding principal of McMullan & Associates, Inc. (Denis McMullan, PE) and his business partner, Mohammed Ghosheh, decided to expand their project management and consulting engineering expertise across the world.

Today, McMullan International is led by Mohammed Ghosheh as its company president. Our mission is to support private individuals and governments to develop healthcare and educational facilities that are designed, built, and operated to U.S. standards, and in some instances, to European standards.

Our team comprises program and project managers with the full complement of turnkey design and construction solutions that include leading architects, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineers as well as construction managers. That, coupled with strategically allied and progressive healthcare providers and educators, ensures our ability to deliver critical medical assets with operational and technical training that meet U.S. standards for care.

Most importantly, the McMullan International team collective collaborates with a humanitarian commitment to provide high quality planning, design, and project management for our clients. We each use advanced technology and sustainable resources while respecting the culture, traditions, and existing landscape of the area.
