This 25,100 SQM, LEED Gold certified building includes a parking garage with 260 spaces and library, both of which are located below grade. The building itself is a naturally lighted, multi-level structure with an interactive concourse creating an environmentally sustainable, energy-efficient building with state-of-the-art technological and multimedia facilities, as well as security systems. It also includes a plaza designed to accommodate fire truck access, if needed.
